East Islip Marina Park, New York

This marina is located at the southern end of East Islip. There is a seafood restaurant on the east side of the marina. Many boats have docked here. To the north there is a lacrosse/football field. There is a small beach with lifeguards who supervise until 6 pm and a picnic pavilion next to the playground. We met another family here and had a picnic with pizza. Great place to see the sunsets and views of Fire Island. Best of all, for us, 7 minutes drive from home!
